Good morning Seals,

Today (4/16/18) is our first day of regular after school practices.  

Practice times can be found HERE.

Do not worry about bringing fins to practice this week.  Our second "team suit" day is tomorrow (4/17/18).  Details can be found HERE on where and when.  You can purchase/order fins there.  Remember you get a 10% discount on equipment and 10% donation to team on that purchase also goes back to our team.  If they run out, check out The Pod on Hanna Rd. if you're in a pinch.

Everyone will need fins and goggles every day starting next week (except for Fridays, leave them at home).

This week we will move a little slow, getting kids in the correct lanes and learning our routine, so please bear with us.  I promise next week we will have the kiddos leaving practice tired and ready to go to sleep when they get home.  We do have the 6&unders split and their practices are for 20 minutes.  Next week there is a good chance we lengthen these to 30 minutes but continue to leave them split.  So please keep an eye out for that email/Facebook update.

Some rules for the pools:  

Please leave your areas nicer than how you found them.  

• At the POA, the restrooms at the pool we use are being fixed from frozen pipes from our "twin freezes".  So you will have to walk over and use the restrooms located at the Laguna Pool/Splash Pad.  
• Please make sure to stay out of any other pool besides our main pool.  This means all baby pools and splash pads at POA and Falls pools are off limits.
• Please be safe and if you see any kids doing anything they shouldn't be, ask them nicely to stop or get a coach/board member.

If you have any questions, please let us know.  We are very excited and have worked very hard already for our 2018 season and are just as excited as you are.  The volunteer sign-ups will open up after our parent meeting when we go over the different requirements, jobs, etc..

The parent meeting will be scheduled for this week or next and we will have multiple ones throughout the day catering to all practices.  There will be a follow-up email/FB update on that.
