Bring your tennis shoes to practice today. Today since the sun is not really out and water has cooled off a little, we will spend most of, if not the entire practice, working on drills and doing "dry-lands".
Dry-lands are what swimmers call work-outs outside of the pool that may specialize in building muscles specific to swimming.
We may let a few brave kiddos swim a lap across the pool for a polar bear plunge!
