Hi Seals Families~

Here's the info for tomorrow.

We are swimming at Klein Oak High School tomorrow!  This is an indoor pool and we will have indoor set up!

Check in - 6:45 am – 7:25 am

Warm Ups for IOST are from 7:25 - 7:50 - ALL SWIMMERS, ALL AGES should warm-up.  We will be warming up in lanes 1-2-3-4-6.  Parents can watch the kids warm up from the bleachers upstairs or on the main deck bleachers but you aren't going to be allowed on deck.

All check in sheets MUST be pulled by 7:30!! Please don't forget to highlight your name for relays tomorrow!!!

Meet starts at 8:30 am

Some information:

Heat Sheets:

We will be selling heat sheets for $5.00.  There is a limited quantity so if you are a heat sheet family please get one early. 

Concessions:

Food & beverage for both breakfast and lunch will be available at food trucks located outside the cafeteria doors.  Drinks, chips, and candy will be located in the Senior Den of the cafeteria.  Food trucks menus can be found in the heat sheet (there is a variety of food).  Food trucks will take cash and cards.  Concession located in Senior Den will only take cash.

Team Setup Area:

Set up for our team has been assigned.  Each team has a certain location for this meet in the cafeteria.  Please look for us when you arrive. This is also where we will do check.  You will need to bring chairs, blanket for the hard floors in the cafeteria if you would like, but no tents.   When setting up in our area please make sure you stay within the blue tape.  Nothing is worst then getting all set up and having to move!!  Also there will be NO set up on the bleachers this is just for viewing!!!

Parking:

Please park in the side/back parking lot.  This parking lot is closest to the pool.

Other Information:

If you pre-ordered divisional t-shirt and submitted payment your shirt will be available for pick up tomorrow.  I will hopefully get these shirts early in the morning and will have them during check in.

Team photos have not been delivered to me yet and I am in close contact with the company. They assure me we will have them next week.  Lesson learned on this one and I apologize for them not getting them to us in a timely manner.
