-Any swimmers that have been on the team before that are ages 13&Up are welcome to come help out.  Set the expectations that they are helping us and not socializing :)

-Parking will probably be limited this week so be careful if you end up parking on the street.

-Use the gate on the RIGHT side of the complex.

-Bring goggles, girls with long hair will need a hair tie to keep hair out of their faces.

4:30-5:00 for 6&Unders

5:15-5:45 for 7&Up
