Seal Families ~

Tomorrow is time trails if you haven't read Coach Brandon's email. Please remember that this will take place at The Falls Pool.

If you plan to set up a tent outside the gates of the pool you may beginning doing that at 6:15 AM. If you are planning on setting up inside the pool gates you will be allowed in at 6:30 AM. If you aren't part of the set up crew they will not let you inside to set up.

Check in will start at 6:45. Please make sure you check in with us at the check in table. There your child will get their events they will be swimming for the day. All swimmers will need to be checked in by 7:30 AM.

Warm-ups will begin at 7:15 AM and begin with 6&Unders, then about five minutes later 7/8's then 9/10's and so on, ending with 15-18 year-olds.

THIS MEET WILL START AT 8:00 AM!!!

The weather forecast keeps changing!!! Please watch for an email, Remind, and/or Facebook post in the morning!! If you don’t have a remind account please text 81010 and type in message @iostseals (don’t forget the @ symbol). This will allow you to receive text messages from the team.

This year we have the opportunity to start the meet late, so please check email, Facebook and set up a remind message to keep yourself in the loop.

Our concessions will be open tomorrow as well. TOMORROW WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CASH. We will be serving breakfast and lunch tomorrow.
