Seal Families~

We are home tomorrow swimming against Northampton Cudas @ the POA Pool.  We will not call the meet due to weather until the morning, but it looks like rain will come later in the afternoon.  We all know weather is unpredictable but we will never call a meet delay or cancellation at our pool the day before.

*Check in will start at 6:45 am. You MUST  be checked in by 7:45 am. If you're not checked in by 7:45 am, you will be scratched from the meet. ALL SWIMMERS SHOULD BE CHECKED IN BEFORE WARM-UPS! Our check in crew will be right in the front of the gates to the pool so you can't miss them.

***If your child is on a relay please make sure they check in for their relay as well. They will need to highlight their name to confirm they will be swimming the relay. If they don't check in an alternate may be asked to take their place**

*Seal warm-ups will be from 7:15 am -7:45 am. We start with the 6 and under age group first and then work our way up.

*Parent set up will be inside the gate. The visiting team will set up outside the gate in the parking lot by the playground. If you would like to set up outside the gate please don't set up in this area. Gates will open at 6:30 after our set up crew completes their set up. If you get there early they will not let you in.....sorry!!!

*Bring chairs, tents, snacks, money for the Seals Cafe, and YOUR SEAL SPIRIT!!! Our concession only takes CASH!! If you could come with small bills that would be appreciated!!!

*There will be a Seals Team meeting for all swimmers at 8:00 outside the front gate. Parents are welcome to join and take pictures!!!

*PARENTS* -- If you have signed up to volunteer please double check your shift. There will be a timer/scribe and officials meeting at 8:00 am. Age group parents, we will get your line-up sheets printed for you as well.
