Hi Seals Families~

Here's the info for tomorrow.

We are swimming at Klein High School tomorrow! This is an indoor pool and we will have indoor set up!

Check in - 6:45 am – 7:25 am

Check in will be done differently this weekend.  We will not be handing slips of paper to the swimmer this meet.  Swimmers will be responsible for circling in, which simply means they will find their name and circle it with a pen.  If they will not be swimming an event they will need to cross it out.  The regular check in crew will be there to help assist since this is something new.  If the swimmer would like their events to be written on them we will do that for them no problem.  There is still going to be a boys check in and a seperate girls check in to make it go faster....hopefully!

Warm Ups for IOST are from 7:25 - 7:50 - ALL SWIMMERS, ALL AGES should warm-up. We will be warming up in lanes 1-2-3-4-5. Parents can watch the kids warm up from the bleachers upstairs or on the main deck bleachers but you aren't going to be allowed on deck.

All swimmers MUST be circled in by 7:30!!  Swimmers will be scratched this meet!! If you are running late have a friend circle in for you because your child will be taken out of the meet!  Once a swimmer is scratched there is nothing I can do to get them back in the meet.

Meet starts at 8:30 am

Heat Sheets:

We will NOT be selling heat sheets.  An email will go out tomorrow morning with the heat sheet or you can follow along with the Swimtopia App.

Concessions:

Food & beverage for both breakfast and lunch will be available in the cafeteria.  They will accept cash and credit cards at the concessions for this meet.  Items they will be selling is hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage on a stick, quesadillas, chips, soda, candy, and Gatorade.

Team Setup Area:

Set up for our team has been assigned. Each team has a certain location for this meet in the cafeteria. Please look for us when you arrive. This is also where we will do check. You will need to bring chairs, blanket for the hard floors in the cafeteria if you would like, but no tents. When setting up in our area please make sure you stay within the blue tape. Nothing is worst then getting all set up and having to move!! Also there will be NO set up on the bleachers this is just for viewing!!!  We are a BIG team so please try not to bring too much for set up (tables, hammocks, etc...) as this school doesn’t have as much room as we have had in the past.

Parking:

Please park in the side/back parking lot. This parking lot is closest to the pool.

Other Information:

If you pre-ordered divisional t-shirt and submitted payment your shirt will be available for pick up tomorrow. I will hopefully get these shirts early in the morning and will have them during check in.
