Getting a few questions on the 15-18's items included with registration.

You won't get crawfish boil tickets or a team shirt, but you will get a silicone swim cap.

If you're wanting crawfish tickets or a shirt, they can be purchased in the Seal Merch Store on our website along with many other items.

We also could use any help from the 15-18's at Rookie Camp on 4/19-4/22 and then every day after their regular after school practice with the 6&Unders.  The help is always appreciated by the coaches and we know the younger swimmers look up to our older kids.

Team suit days are on the first two days of practice all at POA pool.  Attend this before or after your practice and you'll need to be completely dry prior to trying on any suits.  I'd save this suit for swim meets and get yourself a "practice suit" that can get used every day.  They should have some extras for sale there or you can get these at swimoutlet.com or Academy.
