7&Ups 5:30-6:00

Rookie Camp is for new swimmers only and essentially a week long evaluation.  Entering Rookie Camp your swimmers should be able to swim freestyle unassisted.  By the end of the week they should be able to successfully swim across the pool unassisted at their ages respected time.
