Take notice that all Fridays times/locations change.

Today and tomorrow are also Team Suit Day at the POA pool only from 4-6.  Please stop by before and after to purchase your team suit as well as any fins/goggles/equipment you may need for the season.  I recommend a cheaper practice suit to wear every day.

Every age group will also need non-adjustable fins for practice every day starting later in the week.  Let's roll with beginning to bring them every day starting this Wednesday if you can.

In the event practice or an event is canceled, we use "Remind" for a notification system as it's the quickest and easiest way to tell everyone.  Then we will update the IOST Private Parents Group.  An email will be last if at all since logging in and sending this can't easily be done.
