Please sign up for this weekend's HOME meet.  

You must swim in two dual meets to participate in Divisionals...we need you(talking to you Micah)!  If you've found yourself on a relay or scoring points, please make sure this meet (along with Trinity and Ponderosa) are on your schedules.  If you don't swim in two dual meets, you won't be able to enter events for Divisionals.

Panda Express Spirit Day is TOMORROW.  Will send out more details on that later today or tomorrow morning.  I'm not a fan...but apparently I'm the minority on this one...so I'll suck it up for tomorrow.  Surely you can't mess up an egg-roll?!

This is the last week of PM practices.  Next Tuesday we move to morning practices.  Practice times can be found HERE if you scroll down to the bottom.  We have NOT gotten a time yet for anyone that misses the morning practices.  Will let you know what those days are as SOON as we talk with the POA and sort that out.  It'll more than likely be one or two days out of the week starting at 7ish.

Sizzler entries are due the 27th!  Will send out instructions on how to pay for that soon also.  Please leave comments on bonus events and if you can or cannot do relays.  The meet info for Sizzler is attached to the event on our website, or you can google Sprint Sizzler 2022 and do some digging there.  I've attached it in previous emails that I know you've starred/saved and not moved to trash :)
