Tomorrow and Wednesday are our "Team Suit Days".  View those details HERE or attached.  POA Pool on Tuesday and Falls Pool on Wednesday.

When the weather is cooler like this, we will have a shorter practice for each group and spend less time in the water.  If you are in the last practice of the day, please make sure you're back at the pool early so the coaches aren't having to wait for swimmer's transportation.

The only equipment you'll need this week are goggles.  We have kick boards for everyone and won't begin using fins until next week.
