Good evening Seals,

Hope everyone is enjoying being back at the pool and that the kids are getting used to some cool water.  Our coaches and board have been hard at work getting the season started and we are looking forward to fast swims, time improvement and great times had by all.  

As in years past, we need your help to make this swim season as successful as possible.  Volunteering has been part of our team culture from the beginning and will continue to enable us to be one of the best programs around.  

Each family is required to volunteer a minimum of 4 shifts during the season and 1 volunteer shift at our Divisional meet.  If your swimmer is able to swim at Trinity, you will need to volunteer there as well.  

A few points on volunteering for those new to the team:

1.  Volunteer descriptions and information can be found at www.imperialoaks.swimtopia.com/volunteer-info

2.  Volunteer sign up will open on the Sunday before the meet: including all home meets, away meets, divisional meets, invitational meets and time trials.  Sign up closes on the Friday before the meet.  

3. Every volunteer must check in at the sign in table in order to receive credit for their shift.  If you do not sign up, you will not get credit and risk not fulfilling your volunteer requirements, incurring a $200 fee (see volunteer information).  

4.  To volunteer: Open the website, click on "view all" next to Upcoming Swim Meets, navigate to the next swim meet and sign up for your preferred shift.  Reach out if you have any questions on this process.
