IOST is now open to new swimmers on a limited basis. Registration will close on Sunday, March 9th. It is strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible. All swimmers who have not participated in IOST (or had family members swim previously) should utilize the website or the below link for registration. Please reach out with any question.
