HEY SEALS... WE'RE BACK!!!

Thanks for partnering with us to bring a summer swim season to your athletes. Come prepared to support the team and to cheer on your swimmer(s).

For those of you new to the team, the Black and Green Meet is a practice meet conducted by the Team and consists of Seals swimmers only. This gives our athletes a taste of what live competition will be like heading into the first meet and provides them the opportunity to solidify times for each event they can potentially swim. All swimmers MUST have official times in any event they wish to swim during regular competition, so time trials are CRUCIAL.

Additionally, this meet provides parents and volunteers a chance to knock the rust off hosting a swim meet prior to the regular season.

PARKING:
Please utilize Imperial Oaks Blvd and Northridge Forest Dr. to park along the street if you are unable to find spots in the parking lot. Please make sure we are parking on ONLY one side of the street (side closest to the pool). This will ensure we do not block traffic and prevent any safety hazards.

• Note: Reserved Parking is for Coaches and Board Members Only. Additionally, do not park is spots designated for Staff in the parking lot

TEAM SETUP:

Team tent setup begins after 6:30 am to ensure the meet setup volunteer shift has the time and space needed to prepare for a well-run meet. Meet setup shift is a well-oiled machine, please do not slow them down! Additionally, please utilize the areas designated as Seals Tent Setup or Additional Tent Setup. 

IMPORTANT ITEMS OF NOTE:

• Gates will open between 6:30am and 6:45am.
• Warm ups begin 7:15-7:45am, beginning with 6&Unders and progressing to older kids
• The first event will start at 8:00am
• All swimmers MUST check-in prior to the start of the swim meet
• ANY outstanding dues owed, please make sure those are paid prior to Saturday
• Utilize deck space to view your child and then allow others to do the same
• Encourage, Encourage, Encourage! Let Coaches have the tough conversations
• No filming or photos from behind the blocks
• Unsportsmanlike conduct WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

• Be prepared for Venmo and Credit Card payments. Expect all your old favorites and potentially a few new options.

VOLUNTEERS

• Please check in with Jason Davidson, our Volunteer coordinator.
• An announcement will be made for Volunteer check-is prior to the start of the meet
• THANK YOU for all you do. Without you, there would be no Seals Swim Season.
• For those working with food: Gloves will be provided.
