Trinity and PI Relay info...

At Trinity, you have to already be entered in the meet to swim in a relay. You can be a relay only swimmer at both meets. At Ponderosa, we can put anyone in a relay. We do have a few relay only swimmers at both meets.

This is some serious organized chaos. If all of these relays work out at both pools I will be SHOCKED! I apologize in advance for any errors and we are trying our best to avoid relays being scratched. We have a girls 15/18 relay on Sunday that isn't looking promising with logistics, and same age group at Trinity.

Parents, please please please make sure you highlight your relays tomorrow when you get to your pool. If you have a swimmer that will be starting out at Trinity, then heading to PI, please get with Kim Garza or a coach that is helping with check in at Trinity. They will have a timeline and compile a list of kids that are leaving Trinity at any point to make a PI relay. They will send the list to Coach Kara who will be at PI probably freaking out until (as I would be too!) until she sees that list and compares it with the kids SHE is missing at PI!

Highlighting your name on the relay list is committing to that relay. We got most of you this week so we could fill in alternates. We will have fresh lists at both pools to check-in with. You MUST check in at both pools to show you'll be there for your relay! If are at Trinity, and you will be leaving for PI and not able to make it back to Trinity for another relay, please let someone know ASAP so they can scratch you off and find an alternate at check-in.
