Seals Families~

TOMORROW we are HOME against The Woodlands Hurricanes:

CHECK IN will start at 6:45 am.

WARM UPS are from 7:15-7:45 am.

You must be checked in by 7:45 am, to avoid being scratched from the meet.  If you are running late, please let someone know ASAP.  Don't forget if you are in a relay you will need to highlight your child's name confirming you will be staying.  The free relay is at the end of the meet. 

MEET STARTS at 8:30 am.

VOLUNTEER NEEDS:  We still need (1) 9-10 Girls Age Group Parent, (1) 9-10 Boy Age Group Parent,    (1)11-12 Girls Age Group Parent, (1) 11-12 Boys Age Group Parent, (1) Morning shift Computer person, (2) timers afternoon shift, (2) scribes afternoon shift, (1) tear down volunteer, (1) cook/concession morning shift, (4) cook/concession afternoon shift, (1) Ready Bench morning shift, (3) Ready Bench afternoon shift, (1) Bathroom/Trash Monitor afternoon shift.

Please remember each family is required to volunteer 4 shifts at dual meets, 1 shift at divisionals, and 1 shift at Trinity/Ponderosa (if your child qualifies).  We have several families that have done more than 4 shifts while other families have not even completed one shift.  Please know that we can't run our meets without volunteers.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Remind your swimmer to tell the scribe their name when they get out of the pool. Also, family tents can be set up AFTER the meet is set up.
