10&Unders and 11&Ups both have first group warm-ups.  See the note on the meet invite on when the 11&Up session starts.  

10&Unders in the morning, 11&Up in the afternoon.

There will be no official check-in at the Pentathlon, but all swimmers are expected to warm-up with the team.  With everyone swimming everything, please make sure to stretch and stay rested/hydrated for your next event.  

Warm-ups for our last home meet vs Hurricanes is at 7:15 beginning with the 6&Unders.
