We are AWAY against Oak Ridge Otters!

Check in: 7:00 am to 7:45 am

Warm ups for IOST: 7:45 to 8:15

All check in sheets must be pulled by 7:45.  Please don't forget to highlight relays!

Meet Starts at 8:30 am

We are still in need of volunteers: 2 afternoon timers, 2 afternoon scribes, age group parent for 11-12 girls and age group parent for 11/12 boys.

Some info from the Otters:

Parking - The easiest place to park is at Ototronix, which is located on the feeder of I-45 before Rooms To Go.  There is a bridge at the back of their parking lot that leads into our park.  Your team can also park in the Rooms To Go back parking lot in the last two rows, there is also a bridge that leads into our park  If your team members decide to park in Oak Ridge, they must park only on one side of the road.  We put signs out close to the park showing which side of the road to park on.  We do have parking for officials in the park parking lot.  

Set Up - There is a large pavilion outside of the pool area, set up under and around that pavilion.  

Concessions - We accept cash and cards in our concession stand.  See attached menu.

Heat Sheets - $3.00

They will also be having a silent auction if you are interested we are allowed to bid on them as well.
