Seals and Parents,

Congratulations on another big win at the Seal's pool today!  When I say I was at work checking results, I mean I was constantly hitting refresh and checking everyone's times.  I had many celebrations at my desk as the results posted and saw time being dropped and more records being broken!

We are now 3 - 0 as we head to my personal rival's pool next Saturday.  I swam for and coached the Oak Ridge Otters for 14 years, so swimming against them is always fun for me!  Their head coach used to swim for the Seals when he grew up, so there will be lots of friendly trash talk throughout the week and day.


Sizzler INDIVIDUAL entries are complete.  You should be able to login and see your entries or see attachment.  Please double check you're looking at the correct meet before you fire off the panic email.  I'm also working on relays for sizzler.  I will send out the final list of individuals and relays sometime tomorrow, but please verify your individuals are correct now.

Please select your events for next weekend's AWAY meet.

Let me know if you have any questions.  If it's not about Sizzler, I may put it on the back burner and keep it marked as "unread".
