Seals!

By every Wednesday, until the end of the season, we will need you to RSVP and then select your child's events for each swim meet.  You should be able to login, and do this now for every meet.  If you won't be a swim meet, please RSVP "NO" so that we don't bother you about selecting events more than we should.

The video is two minutes long, and selecting your events should only take about that long also.

We understand that every swimmer has not mastered all strokes yet, we are still early in our season.  It is still important they get a time for each stroke at this meet.  They HAVE to have a time to swim that stroke at meets later in the season, this is the time to get that time.  Just have them try.  Here is a list below of events your swimmer should swim.

6&Unders (25 free and 25 backstroke)
7/8's   (25 FR, 25BK, 25BR, 25 FLY) There will be lots of DQ's in the group with BR and FLY, that is normal.
9/10's (25 FR, 25BK, 25BR, 25 FLY)  If you know your swimmer can/will do 100IM & 50 FR, sign them up for that too.
11/12's (50 of each stroke, 100 IM if applicable, not all 11/12 will do 100 IM at this meet)
13-18's (50 of each stroke, 100 FR, 100 IM)

If you know they absolutely cannot or will not do an event, then don't sign them up for it.

IF YOU CANNOT SWIM AT THE PRACTICE MEET THIS WEEKEND, we will get your times next week at practice to use those as your time trials meets.

Also: please remember to at the very least clean our areas after we are done.  Straighten out chairs, pick up trash, etc..  Although it may be messy when we arrive from someone else, let's teach our kiddos some ethics and integrity.
