Crawfish Boil: VOLUNTEER SHIFTS AVAILABLE & NEEDED

How to sign up for volunteer shifts:

Sign into the website and open the calendar. Click on the "V" icon on Saturday, April 22nd. Select the position(s) you would like to volunteer for. This is a good way to get some volunteer shifts out of the way.

This is our community event and a team fundraiser. It is a good way to get to know our teammates better. Tickets will be available for sale on Saturday if you want to bring family or friends along with you. Hot dogs are available for those that don’t love crawfish.

Shirts & Swim Suits

All shirts and hats will be available by time trials on May 6th. Shirts were ordered based on the sizes needed to insure we had the proper sizes for everyone. Personalized caps will arrive in a couple weeks.

Fins will be needed next week for ages 7 & up. Swim Shops (in the CISD Natatorium) is a great place to help you with sizing. (They also have suits and goggles).

Team suit day: April 25th. Details will be sent next week. Until then, feel free to wear what you have or purchase a black/green suit. A one piece for girls and jammers are preferred for boys.

Thunder/Lightning Breaks: When we are taking a break due to thunder and/or lightning please have your kids sit with you away from the pool. Hopefully weather will be on our side going forward, but if not, please help keep the kids safe away from the water.

Parent meetings: we will post the parent meeting information on the website by tomorrow evening for those of you that are unable to attend. Kim Garza is our Team Rep and a wealth of knowledge if you have questions. Bill Carruth is our Volunteer Coordinator if you have questions regarding the volunteer shifts/requirements.
