Parents and Seals,

See attached timelines for Trinity and Ponderosa meets this weekend.  Please remember these are tentative and not set in stone times.  If you are going back and forth between Trinity and Ponderosa for events, please give yourself enough time to arrive at your destination.

If you are swimming relays at Ponderosa, please make it a priority to get there with more than enough time.  They tend to run ON schedule and sometimes ahead of schedule.  I would not take any chances of compromising your relay.  Please arrive at PI 1 hour ahead of the scheduled time to be sure you're there with plenty of time.  If you cannot/not willing to do this please let us know so we can find an alternate for that relay.

Being able to swim at these Invitationals is a great honor.  Placing at PI is outstanding.  Getting first overall is HUGE!

Please let me know if you have any questions.  Coach Kyle will be at Trinity Saturday and Sunday and Ponderosa Finals when Trinity is over.  Coach Kara will be at Ponderosa Saturday and Sunday Prelims and Finals. 

If you are on a relay, please please please WARM-UP so the coaches know you're there for your relays.  There is no official "check-in" but we will have an event list so we can write numbers on arms.
