Here's the Divisional Information~

Address: Kingwood High School, 2701 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339. The best way to get there is take 99 to exit 59.

Check In: 6:45 - 7:45 - Scratch meeting is at 7:45 (no exceptions... sorry)

Warm Ups: 7:50 - 8:15, Lanes 1,2,3,4,5

Volunteer Meetings: Timers & Scribes 8:00 on deck, Officials 8:00 on deck, Ready Bench 8:00 in ready bench area

Meet Start: 8:30

Other Info:

This meet in set up entirely indoors, so you will not need tents. Bring chairs, a blanket to sit on or to cover up with, & money for concessions. They will not be selling heat sheets. The heat sheet is attached to this email, feel free to print one out. IOST will have a few printed Saturday morning, but it will be a limited number. The parent viewing area is small- please be mindful to just watch your swimmers race, then make room for the next set of viewers. We will get the t-shirt order tonight during set-up, they will be ready for pick up in the morning at check in.

Volunteers:

The volunteer shifts are divided into 3 shifts by event.

1st shift Events 1-30,

2nd shift Events 31-50,

3rd shift Events 51-80.

There are still plenty of volunteer positions available. Please take a look, we need YOU!

Attached you will find a map of the venue and where everything will be set up, a menu for the concession stand, and the heat sheet.
