Wear a shirt to practice this week for drag week

See the attachments for an updated Ponderosa and Trinity qualifiers.  If your time is red, you haven't qualified for that event yet, see top of column in that event to see time.  You may have "over qualified" for that event in Trinity and actually qualified for Ponderosa.  See previous email explaining these in further detail.  You can sign up for these events online NOW for Ponderosa and Trinity. 

You may qualify at Divisionals next weekend and are responsible for signing up from your mobile device or a team lap top we will have there to sign up.  At the end of the meet the entries are CLOSED.  So please pay attention if you qualify at the meet and want to swim Trinity and Ponderosa.  

The Cooper family reminded us of an ancient swimming training technique.  We have done this in the past, but not for a whole week.  For this week, Monday-Thursday, wear a t-shirt to practice for extra drag.  When we show up to practice Friday and the meet Saturday, you will feel like you're going much faster!  Consider this growing out some long hair for a week then shaving it all off before the meet Friday, instead we're using shirts :)
