Please taking into consideration that when you volunteer for a position, we are counting on that position being taken care of. If for some reason you are unable to make it, please find someone to fill in for you and contact the volunteer coordinator. On Saturday, many volunteers did not show up resulting in people working both shifts and both parents working simultaneously to fill in. Our organization operates solely on parent volunteers. The Seals have a reputation for well-run meets. It's our awesome volunteers that make this happen. Please help to make our meets continue to run smoothly.

Tent set up begins at 6:30 for home meets. It is very difficult to set up when tents are blocking access to the equipment and walkways. If you volunteer to set up you are welcome to put up your tent once the set up is complete. If you come to set up your tent prior to set-up being complete you will need to wait outside the gates until the work is done.

Kim Hamner will be at the POA pool and Kim Garza will be at the Falls pool with Trinity and Ponderosa eligibility reports if you are interested to see if you qualify or are close to qualifying for these invitational meets.
