Summer Sizzler Entries are fixed and you can now add those events that had a NT but you really swam at Time Trials

Entries for Sizzler will be due at end of this weekend's meet along with payment, bring the checkbook!

We are going to be adding some great videos to our FB page this afternoon right before practice that will help demo how we teach a few things in the water.  These are things you can work on at home and replay over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over...
