Sizzler Entries must be done online and prior to the end of this weekend's meet.  If you are wanting to swim/bonus an event that was swam at time trials, they are still working on getting that fixed online.  Please reply to this email if you are one of those parents, even if we have spoken already.  I will do this for you as soon as it's fixed.

We will be accepting checks for this meet this weekend at the meet.  Please make them out for "Imperial Oaks Swim Team".

It will be $5 per event, including any bonus events...just because you can bonus it doesn't mean it's free :)

Please have this ready for Saturday or leave a check with a friend to turn this in for you on Saturday at the meet.  We are wanting to have this completed on Saturday in order to form relays and avoid having to work on it Sunday before we turn in the entries (because Sunday is our day of not doing swim stuff if we can help it).  If you qualify AT the meet, we will take that note down and do the online entry for you after the meet results are posted.

If there are any further questions about Summer Sizzler please let me know ASAP, not last minute.  This will be the same process for Trinity/Ponderosa.

 

Sorry for the late practice time announcement, this seems to happen every year and we say we'll do better getting it out sooner next year...so next year we'll do better!

AM Practices begin Friday, June 3rd-17th. All practices will be the same time/location Monday-Friday.

FALLS POOL: 13-18 year-olds 7:30-8:30

POA POOL:

07:30 - 08:15    7/8 year-olds

08:15 - 09:00  9/10 year-olds

09:00 - 09:30  6&Unders (boys and girls combined)

​09:30 - 10:15/10:30  11/12 year-olds (this group of future responsible teenagers and leaders of our country will work on developing their tidying up skills that they hopefully bring home with them and help organize chairs, pick up lost and found items and take out lane ropes after their practice every day).

 

-This is only for two weeks and then we are done with our season

-Memorial Day we don't have practice

-We are seeing if there are a couple days we can have an afternoon practice, standby for that email...
