Monday -

10 & Under swimmers regular practice at POA

​11 & Up move to The Falls - same practice times.

All ages 7 and up need FINS and GOGGLES

Tuesday - 

10 & Under swimmers regular practice at POA

​11 & Up practice at The Falls - same practice times.

All ages 7 and up need FINS and GOGGLES

Wednesday - 

10 & Under Time Trails at POA Pool - Check in 4-4:30, Meet starts at 5:00.

11 & Up - NO PRACTICE 

​Thursday - 

10 & Under swimmers - NO PRACTICE

11 & Up Time Trails at POA Pool - Check in 4-4:30. Meet starts at 5:00.

Friday -

All ages at POA pool for regular practice times - 

MAKE UP DAY for those who missed.

Other News:

If you didn't commit your swimmer to time trials because of a conflict... but now you can make it - the meet is re-opened on-line... but for today only... You can go on-line and commit your swimmer.

If you missed team suit day - you can purchase the IOST suit at The Swim Shop located inside the CISD Natatorium.  The Nat is behind the Portofino Shopping Center.  They sell fins as well.
