Swim Caps have arrived and I will be at the Falls Pool today from 5-6:30pm.  If you have not picked up your cap for 2021 please come pick up your swim cap!  All registered Seals Swimmers receive a new Seals Swim Cap!

Tomorrow we begin our regular practice schedule using The Falls pool and the POA pool.  View your pool and time assignments HERE . You now have five practice opportunities a week!  Stay out of any body of water that doesn't have six swimming lanes and meant for swim practices.
