7/8 practice is delayed until 5:45.  We will try and get in the water then.  

Any 7/8 that are able to swim then can roll-over in to the 9/10 practice. at 6PM.

If it's thundering at 6PM then we will cancel all practices for the day.

6&U practice canceled.  7/8 still on for now.

We will delay the start of 7/8, but not cancel it just yet.

If you didn’t swim today, you have 100 push ups, 100 burpees, 100 lunges and 100 sit ups.

We have a fun project for the kids to fire them up for our meet with Northampton. Supplies and materials will be set out tomorrow after practice for the kids to make a fun slap bracelet. Please supervise your kids and make sure they clean up after themselves.
