Rookie Camp

To attend Rookie Camp you must first fully register for the team. After attending Rookie Camp if things do not work out, you can request a refund minus a $25 fee. If it's a "maybe", then follow the refund schedule in the "IOST Parent Handbook" tab. All new swimmers are required to attend Rookie Camp for a "crash-course" in what we do at swim team. This will be slow-paced and go over the basics. Safety is important for this week and the rest of the season. At the end of the week there will be a swim test with minimal assistance from an instructor. Using the walls and lane ropes to hold on to for a breather is acceptable. This will be at The Falls pool. 4:30 - 5:00 6&Unders 5:15 - 5:45 7&Up |

Open to the public and all you can eat until the bugs run out! If you do not plan on going, you can sell/give your tickets to anyone else. Four tickets are included with your registration. Free hot dogs will be served and soda and candy will be available for purchase. Additional tickets can be purchased for $25 each. When and where additional tickets can be purchased is TBD. |
