Go to Swim Shops of the Southwest inside the CISD NAT to try on and purchase your team suit.  Tell them you are from Imperial Oaks Seals Swim Team and they will make sure you get the correct suit.  Older girls if you would prefer a black suit instead of the print this year they have that for you as well (there are 2 different styles so please make sure you look at them).

POA Pool and The Falls pool normal after school practices begin.  Check the practice times tab for updated practice times.  Please understand these are always subject to change to accommodate unexpected registration numbers.

To attend Rookie Camp you must first fully register for the team.  After attending Rookie Camp if things do not work out, you can request a refund minus a $25 fee.  If it's a "maybe", then follow the refund schedule in the "IOST Parent Handbook" tab.

All new swimmers are required to attend Rookie Camp for a "crash-course" in what we do at swim team.  This will be slow-paced and go over the basics.  Safety is important for this week and the rest of the season.  At the end of the week there will be a swim test with minimal assistance from an instructor.  Using the walls and lane ropes to hold on to for a breather is acceptable.

This will be at The Falls pool.
